Play Off Semi Final Admission Prices

On behalf of the Football Club I just wanted to clarify the situation for all our supporters regarding ticket pricing for the forthcoming play off semi final.

We as a club maintain total belief in our mantra that football should be affordable for all and we requested to the Isthmian League that ticket pricing for the semi final be maintained at our normal admission prices of £5 Adult and £1 concession.

We were advised by the League that they would not accept anything lower than £10 for an Adult and highlighted to us the admission prices being charged at the corresponding divisional play off fixture.

We subsequently requested that concessions be reduced to £5 and U18s £1. Whilst the concession was accepted we were advised the £1 entry would only apply to U16s.

Gate revenue for play off fixtures is divided (after fair and justifiable expenses) 37.5% to the two teams and 25% to the League.

The above is not a criticism of the league and we can confirm we received the full support of Kingstonian FC with our proposals for which we are grateful.

We just wanted to be clear and transparent as a Club that we are not trying to profit or change our ethos in relation to all paying supporters on Wednesday irrespective of allegiance. We look forward to welcoming you all to Honeycroft on Wednesday for what will be a superb occasion for both clubs.
