On Saturday we make the short trip around the M25 to take on the leagues bottom club Egham Town.
Egham have lost their last two matches but did manage an excellent 1-1 draw with table toppers Hayes & Yeading on 16th Feb. The Sarnies have conceded 72 goals this season whilst only scoring 18. When we visit The Runnymede Stadium we will come up against three of our old faces with Josh Bramwell in goal, Adam Mohammed up front and utility player Jack Hatcher.
On Tuesday night we travelled to Larges Lane to take on a bouyant Bracknell Town who were on a 4 game unbeaten run, their last defeat was at the hands of Hornchurch in the Velocity Trophy Semi-Final. On 18 minutes and after a slight push inside the penalty area the referee awarded Bracknell a spot kick which they converted, on 20 minutes Bracknell went down to 10 men with Jordan Brown being dismissed for a horror challenge on Mitchell Wiseman which curtailed his time on the pitch. In the second half Paul McCarthy made two excellent saves before conceding the second of the night, five minutes later Bracknell made it three, four minutes from the end they scored their fourth and final of the evening. The side showed great purpose and some great skills with chances falling to Sinclair, Pink and M'Bengui.
Come down to The Runnymede Stadium to see if we can pick up three points and finally get the luck that has eluded the side over the past few weeks.
